Excellent communication from the get-go from Celeste. He even called me day-of to let me know he was on his way before Durham region came to shut off the water (he replaced the valve for our water main, which was leaking). I liked that he gave me an estimate after I texted him photos and kept in constant communication with me about dates and times. So frustrating when trades don't call or text back or leave you hanging with dates and times. Appreciated too that Celeste knew the procedures with the region and explained how the job would go. He got to work right away and completed the job quickly and is very professional. We would highly recommend 2 Bros for any plumbing needs.
