2025 was a year of gratitude.
As 2025 winds down, we’re reflecting on a year filled with hard work, strong coffee and the incredible people we’ve met along the way. From emergency pipe bursts in the middle of the night to full bathroom renovations, we’ve had the privilege of serving homeowners across Durham and the surrounding area. Our team is deeply grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us.
Your kind reviews, referrals and even those friendly chats on the job site mean more than we can say. It’s our mission to provide not just quality plumbing, but dependable service that feels like calling a friend. We’re talking about the kind of friend who shows up on time and brings the right tools.
Here are few handy reminders for the holidays!
Of course, we couldn’t resist throwing in a few festive plumbing reminders to keep your season stress-free. After all, no one wants a clogged kitchen sink when the turkey’s in the oven! Be sure to mind the disposal! Keep grease, bones and peels out of the sink to avoid backups. Keep your pipes warm! Insulate exposed pipes to prevent freezing when the temps dip.
Don’t forget the shut-off valve! If you’re heading out of town, it’s always smart to turn it off and avoid surprises. Also, be sure to remember that if anything does go awry, just know we’re available 24/7 over the holidays. We might not be able to fix the fruitcake, but we can certainly fix the faucet!
We know that the holidays aren’t joyful for everyone.
